To help you learn how to play eve alot quicker I suggest you read the following materials given in the links below. There is alot of information there but with patience you can learn alot about eve 80% of my knowledge on eve came from these 2 links.

EVEMON - helps you to plan skills towards either other skills, new ships or modules will also give suggestions on skills to train to reduce the time
